let’s cook!

Not only do I help people tidy their living space, I’m also a Natural Food Chef. I graduated from the Nutrition Therapy Institute of Denver, Colorado in May 2018. I love to cook food that not only tastes uh-mazing but is actually nutrient dense and dare I say good for you! 

The photo on the left is of me on the day that my international cuisine report was due for the NFC program. I chose the food of India and I decided dressing in bright colors was appropriate for the food we would be cooking that day.

*Cooking lessons are available in your home with me right by your side or virtually via FaceTime, Zoom, or Skype. I’ll provide the recipes and grocery lists, and if you need me to, I’ll also do the grocery shopping. Together let’s make yummy food for you and your family!

2 hour lesson 2 x week, 4-6 meals $275 (price of food not included)
