Donate your gently used, nearly-new, professional attire. They ask that all donations be cleaned, on-hangers and fashion within the last 5 years. Please do not bring donations in boxes including wardrobe boxes.

Peak Thrift is dedicated to keeping as many items out of landfills as possible. They are committed to finding ways to recycle the items they must turn away or repurpose items that would otherwise be thrown out. More importantly, Peak Thrift provides clothing and employment for at risk youth and provides services to keep young people from being homeless.

Gently used books are placed in waiting areas and exam rooms at Reach Out and Read Colorado clinics to create literacy-rich environments, and help build home libraries for patients and siblings of all ages.

Bayaud Document Services employs individuals with disabilities. They will pick up your shredding for a small fee and their services also include destroying hard drives and floppy disks.

Located in Golden and by appointment only, the Rooney Road Recycling Center recycles most types of household hazardous chemicals and wastes. Many household chemicals pose a serious health hazard if not properly handled, stored and disposed. A nominal fee for Jefferson County residents and a higher fee for outside of Jeffco.

With locations in Littleton and Sheridan, R2 eCycle specializes in computer hardware, electronics, and technology equipment recycling. They also recycle business assets securely and properly. Their mission is to recycle old technology from individuals and companies, at the highest compliance standards, and repurpose as much as possible in order to minimize carbon footprint and damage to the environment.
